Sojourners – faith, politics, culture is an organization whose mission is to articulate the biblical call to social justice, inspiring hope and building a movement to transform individuals, communities, the church, and the world. The University Church is part of the Sojourners congregational network of Faith & Justice Churches.

The Kafakumba Development Project seeks to equip the people of Africa with an understanding of the principles of the Kingdom of God in order to transform their lives. The University Church partners with the Kafakumba Development Project in Ndola, Zambia, particularly in the areas of HIV/AIDS education and prevention, theological education through the Kafakumba Pastors’ School and women’s initiatives.  You can read more about our work in Zambia here.
