“With all of us stuck in virtual learning, Rogers Community Hub wanted to create a gesture for our students, acknowledging their difficulties and letting them know we miss them. With the help of donations from our partners (including TACKLE, Rams Health Center, TUC LEAD, & Grace Church), we compiled care packages for every student at Rogers. Through the hard work and dedication of our fearless Community Hub Directors over 1,000 care packages were hand-delivered to the students of Rogers High School and Reynolds Elementary School. The care packages featured essential supplies as well as some fun gifts and plenty of encouraging words. The University Church is so thankful to be part of this project and we are filled with gratitude for our Hub Directors, our community partners, and the many volunteers who made this project possible.
