SCAPula (Students Cultivating Access to Produce) is a University of Toledo medical student club and partner of The University Church Garden. SCAPupla’s mission is to provide fresh produce to underserved communities in Toledo. TUC Garden supports this work by supplying SCAPula’s mobile pantry with fresh food from our garden and by providing access to food pantry staples.
In 2021 SCAPula’s mobile food pantry distributed around 9,000 pounds of food to about 850 households. Thank you for making a difference in our community, SCAPula! We are thankful to partner with you.
